Kandi Crushed!: Jessica McCaskill Batters Wyatt to Retain Her Undisputed Welterweight World Title in Round 7

Undisputed welterweight world champion Jessica McCaskill unveiled a brilliant performance to retain the titles with a stoppage win against Kandi Wyatt tonight. Coming off strong from the beginning, the champion didn’t let her opponent do much in the ring. McCaskill put on her best version and looked invincible.

Although she came across a tough challenge, it didn’t trouble her to do what he was supposed to. Following eight rounds of actions, McCaskill silenced her haters in style and is now on the brink of enjoying all the glory. Here’s a deeper look at the fight.

What a start!

Jessica McCaskill had no intentions for a full-length scrap and unloaded haymakers at the very beginning. Having seen her rival go down with an overhand right in the past, McCaskill applied her own shots prominently. It shook Kandi Wyatt, who was being bullied inside the ring.

While she came in with all the aggression and confidence, the champion earned respect from Wyatt and departed the opening round on a high note. Most of her shots were aimed at Wyatt’s head, and that was quite a message sent to her opposition.

Round 2 began similarly as Jessica McCaskill attacked Kandi Wyatt again. From straight jabs to power punches, ‘Caskilla’ offered her best. However, Wyatt pulled off her A-side on the display and planted a few on the champion. It paved the road for an intriguing round 3.

Kandi Wyatt changed her approach and seemed technical in the next stage. But the champion seemed ready to brawl and didn’t lose her focus from Wyatt’s head. Jessica McCaskill poured all her power and did legitimate damage to Kandi Wyatt. With 20 seconds remaining on round three, McCaskill planted clean shots and came extremely close to finishing her opponent. But the clock saved the Canadian puncher and advanced the fight.

Following the first three intense rounds, both the fighters looked tired in round four. But that didn’t take away McCaskill’s advantages from her. She applied her best yet again and outclassed Kandi Wyatt lopsidedly. While she couldn’t stop her, Wyatt’s chances of grabbing the title became bleak. Meanwhile, Wyatt rebounded in round five and delivered a much better performance. Despite receiving punishment, she shook the champion with power punches. It was quite a sight for the fans.
