Evan Rachel Wood installed heightened security measures at her home after she and her young son were allegedly threatened by Marilyn Manson, she alleged in court documents.

The actor, 34, installed bullet-proof glass windows, a steel door and a security fence around her home in Los Angeles, and considered hiring security and attack dogs for further protection.

Wood says she fears for her safety and for the safety of her eight-year-old son Jack, who she shares with ex Jamie Bell, after alleged threats from former partner Marilyn Manson, 52.

According to court documents seen by The Mail Online, Wood claims she moved from LA to Nashville to keep her son away from Manson, stating she is ‘extremely afraid’ of him.

‘I have suffered severe, traumatic physical and emotional injury at his hands, and I am afraid he will seek retribution against me for testifying by harming me, our son, and members of my family,’ she alleged.

Multiple women have come forward with allegations of physical, sexual, emotional and financial abuse against the 52-year-old over the last few months.

In a bombshell report by Rolling Stone magazine in November, which includes accounts of his accusers, the singer – real name Brian Warner – allegedly converted a cramped glass vocal booth in his West Hollywood flat into a ‘cell’, and tortured women as punishment for perceived minor transgressions.

Wood states that another of Manson’s alleged victims recorded the singer saying those who accused him were ‘f***ed, and they’re going to be f***ing destroyed’.

‘I know where they live, where their f***ing kids go to school’, he allegedly told the anonymous woman.

The court documents were taken from a custody battle between Wood and her ex, Billy Elliot star Bell.

Bell accused Wood of taking their son, Jack, to Nashville to stop him from seeing him, but Wood insists she did so to protect the boy from Manson.

The English-born actor says Wood’s claim ‘defies credibility’, and argues that if she is telling the truth, Jack is not safe in her care; he is fighting for joint custody of their son.

Wood moved to Nashville with Jack but returned briefly to LA this year to film the new series of Westworld.

Manson is facing multiple accusations of sexual assault and unlawful imprisonment, including from ex-girlfriend Ashley Morgan Smithline, who alleged that he repeatedly forced her into the soundproof confinement booth – dubbed the Bad Girls Room – for hours.

Former assistant Ashley Walters, who is also suing Manson for sexual assault, claimed he would ‘brag’ to people about the room.

Wood, who dated Manson for three years and was briefly engaged to him in 2010, initially accused him in a social media post, writing: ‘The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson’.

She accused the rocker of grooming, brainwashing and ‘horrifically abusing’ her during their relationship, which was made public in January 2007 and went on for three and a half years.

Manson has denied all the claims, stating his relationships ‘have always been entirely consensual’, and called the accusations ‘horrible distortions of reality’.
