‘Just Like Tiger’: Bryson DeChambeau’s Swing Coach Makes an Incredible Work Ethic Revelation

Bryson DeChambeau is one of the most prominent golfers currently on the PGA Tour. Moreover, he has won eight PGA Tours and a major championship in his career so far. Meanwhile, Bryson is trying to change the way people play and perceive this game. He is trying to gain an advantage of the tee by launching bombs and has found a bit of success so far.

Furthermore, DeChambeau is also one of the most hard-working golfers on the Tour. He is constantly trying to upgrade himself and try out new things. Recently, Bryson became the first professional golfer to compete in the World Long Drivers Championship. Moreover, his swing coach is assisting him on this journey as well.

Bryson DeChambeau always wants to get better reveals his swing coach

Bryson DeChambeau’s swing coach Chris Como recently gave an interview to Golf Today. There, he revealed a few things about the 2020 U.S. Open champion. He talked about Bryson’s competitiveness and the urge to get better all the time. And I think for Bryson, you know, he loves to compete. But as much as anything, he loves to find ways that he can just get a little bit better.

So, you know, he’s still trying to get more distance. And it’s amazing, right? Because he’s already the longest on tour. But he’s like, maybe I can get even longer, and there’s statistically, you know, possibly even an increase of an edge by getting a little bit longer. So he’s still allocating time to that.

Moreover, he said Bryson is even working on his short game and the precision aspects of the game. Furthermore, Chris said, “they are even trying to increase distance when it’s cold. So you know, there’s also how do you get longer when it’s cold out and like in the less than ideal conditions. So tomorrow will be like a great environment to test some of that out.”

Finally, he concluded by comparing him with Tiger Woods. “But yeah, I mean, he’s, I just think, you know, just like Tiger, just like anybody who’s really at the top of the game. They’re just never like staying path, right? They’re always trying to figure out what is a way I can potentially get a little bit better.”

Meanwhile, DeChambeau hasn’t played much golf since the Ryder Cup. He has just competed in The Match and the Hero World Challenge last week.
