“Considered That”: Steve Kerr Reveals Plan on Unleashing Stephen Curry to Break 3-Point Record

Golden State Warriors star player Stephen Curry has been in fine form recently and is all set to break another record. The Warriors Guard is on course to pass Ray Allen as the NBA’s all-time leader in 3-pointers.

Curry needs another 16 triples to break the record set by Ray Allen. It is only a matter of time before we see him do that because of his form recently. Coach Steve Kerr talks about his game plan and how he can help Curry breach the record.

Steve Kerr talks about Stephen Curry:

Curry wishes to become the leader in 3 pointers while playing a home game at the Chase Center. Golden State host the Portland Trail Blazers at home next, after which they leave for a consecutive 5 away games. This means that Curry would need to hit 16 ‘3 pointers’ in one game if he wishes to make his wish come true.

2,973 triples were scored by the legendary Ray Allen which Curry will surpass sooner or later. Stephen Curry’s career-high is 13 triples in one game and Coach Steve Kerr puts the odds of Curry hitting 16 at 50-50.

If Steph actually did that and made 15 threes, that means he’s got about 45 points minimum. We’re probably winning by a healthy margin, I’m guessing and that would make me the villain if I take him out.” Kerr said while talking to the 97.5 The Game’s “Dammon & Ratto”.

Kerr has mentioned how he would help his star player achieve his dream. Only time will tell whether Kerr’s gamble paid off or not.
