I’m A Celeb’s Louise Minchin hints she wants her BBC Breakfast job back after castle exit
LOUISE Minchin wouldn’t mind another crack at her BBC Breakfast job after leaving the I’m A Celeb castle.
The former BBC Breakfast presenter almost made it to the I’m A Celeb finals, but found herself booted from the camp last week.

Louise, 53, joked when BBC Breakfast editor Richard Frediani posted to Twitter that the team were looking for a new journalist.
Richard wrote: “Join the No. 1 morning show in the UK – #BBCBreakfast is looking for a talented journalist to join its award winning team. Ideas and imagination from an incredible team – can you be part of it?”
Louise hilariously replied: “Can anyone apply ??” alongside a crying with laughter emoji.
Her fans loved her reply, with one saying, “would be great to see you back on BBC breakfast or evening news. You are a great presenter and journalist.”
Another suggested she try her hand at Strictly Come Dancing next year, while another fan told her not to go back to BBC Breakfast for a very logical reason.
“You can’t be missing those early starts,” the fan replied.

It’s been a big year for Louise who bagged £214,760 during 2020 – which is up by 10 per cent on what she pocketed in 2019.
According to new figures released before she entered Gwrych Castle, Louise, 53, recorded earnings of £194,530 via her firm Voluntdad Productions.
A source told The Sun: “Louise is incredibly hardworking and despite leaving the BBC Breakfast sofa she remains in high demand on TV. Win or lose on I’m A Celeb she’s had a good year.”
Details of Louise’s company success comes days after it emerged she had been suffering from a life-altering condition called Raynaud’s Syndrome.
The disease affects blood circulation to the fingers and toes and means they lose colour and feeling – and can be affected by the cold.
She previously shared a photo of her hands after symptoms flared up as she thanked her fans for their support and suggestions of remedies.
“Thanks to all you fellow Raynaud’s sufferers I am taking up some of your suggestions for remedies,” Louise wrote to social media. “It’s not even cold today and my hands have gone strange shades.”
Speaking of the condition in her memoir, she said: “I feel the cold really badly, I have this thing called Raynaud’s Syndrome, which means my hand and feet go numb very quickly, even in supermarkets. So cold is a big thing for me.”
It’s meant that Louise has been left banking on her “luxury item” in the ITV castle to keep herself warm and her symptoms at bay in the I’m A Celeb camp.
