Some celebrations become iconic, and stick on with us for life. Among these celebrations in the NBA, is LeBron James’ legendary high-knee celebration. Over time, James has evolved into one of the league’s greatest ever scorers. A destructive forward, he even manages to amaze himself at times. This is seen clearly in the Lakers’ current roster, as they struggled to notch victories in his absence. Recently however, LeBron’s iconic action passed on to soccer.

One of the NBA’s biggest stars, LeBron James, has built an untarnished image for himself over the years. Now in his 19th season, he continues to dazzle on the court. Apart from this, the 17-time All-star is also a global icon; one who mints money by virtue of being a renowned celebrity. He is one of the most widely followed athletes, so much so that his celebration has traveled all the way to Italy. In a Serie-A encounter, Udinese attacker Beto replicated James’ celebration.

Every time the 36-year-old creates some magic on court, he pulls out his iconic celebration. In the process, he pulls his legs up, and brushes his arms down. On Sunday, the struggling Udinese took on AC Milan in a clutch soccer battle in Italy. After a heated hour and half, the match ended in a 1-1 draw. However, fans witnessed a glimpse of the NBA early on in the match, as an Udinese striker pulled out LeBron’s celebration after scoring. Take a look.

In the 17th minute, the underdogs charged ahead in attack. Striker Noberto Gomes, or Beto, went by himself to claim the lead. After having his shot blocked on two occasions, the 23-year-old youngster put the ball in the back of the net. As global phenomenon Zlatan Ibrahimovic and co. looked on, Beto pulled out the iconic victory dance. It reminded NBA fans worldwide of James, who also performed the celebration not too long ago.
