Bobby Lashley has been added to the WWE Championship match at Day 1 after beating Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins and Big E in one night on Raw.

The All Mighty was in dominant form on Monday as he faced each of the three competitors set for the bout on January 1 and emerged victorious to secure his spot as the clash has now become a Fatal 4 Way.

The show kicked off with Hurt Business duo Lashley and MVP coming to the ring to explain the former world champion’s attacks on Rollins, KO and Big E last week.

MVP called for Bobby to be added to the WWE Title match at Day 1, which led to Owens coming out to complain about being attacked from behind as he ranted about the idea of Lashley joining the bout.

Rollins came out in another wild suit as he agreed with his rival KO, although neither of them wanted to be the first to charge at Lashley.

In the end, Big E came out in good spirits and offered to fight anyone at any time, with Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville joining the fun to announce Bobby’s three matches for the evening.

The first saw him beat Owens in a decent, hard hitting bout which concluded in a great way showing KO’s intelligence as he tapped out before the Hurt Lock was fully in.

In a telling moment, Lashley and MVP gave some love to Gable Steveson – who was in the crown to hype up WWE’s NIL programme – which makes sense after the All Mighty previously teased the possibility of him joining the Hurt Business.

Later, Seth and Owens disagreed over strategy backstage, and the former lost to Bobby after KO came down and smacked the Drip King, causing the DQ.

However, Pearce and Deville came out to restart the match under No DQ rules – which would also apply to a potential third bout with Big E – and Lashley promptly won with the Spear.

Later, in a fantastic main event which saw Rollins and Owens get involved, MVP cost Big E the match and helped Bobby get into the Day 1 bout, bringing Raw to an end on a definite high note.

Doudrop attacks Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch trash talk, and Otis destroys Riddle

The first match of the night saw Otis beat Riddle in a fun bout with Chad Gable and Randy Orton at ringside.

After a dominating win for Otis, Orton slid into the ring to try and hit an RKO – which he delivered his Alpha Academy teammate instead – but then got laid out himself.

Bianca Belair beat Doudrop with a 450 Splash in a great rematch from last week, with both stars looking the part here with some obvious chemistry – and the feud looks set to continue as the Scottish star took out the EST of WWE after the bell.

Liv Morgan and Becky Lynch brawled (Picture: WWE)

Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan met in the ring as their trash talking continued with The Man mocked the fans and her recent Raw Women’s Title challenger.

Liv had heard enough and called out the champ for using the ropes to win as she tried to goad Lynch into a rematch at Day 1.

She sparked a brawl with Big Time Becks but the champ stood tall, stomping at Liv’s hand between the steps and ring post, injuring her rival before accepting the challenge.

AJ Styles and Omos chatted backstage and seemed to be on the same page again, while Dana Brooke, Reggie, R-Truth, Tamina and Akira Tozawa were involved in the usual 24/7 Title skit.

Austin Theory cost Finn Balor the match (Picture: WWE)

Dolph Ziggler and Bobby Roode beat Damian Priest and Finn Balor in a decent tag team bout which ended when Austin Theory distracted the latter on the apron in an attempt to impress Vince McMahon.

Later on, the boss blashed the rookie for his ‘unimpressive’ actions and barging into his office, as he tried to teach Theory a lesson.

Elsewhere, Queen Zelina beat Rhea Ripley in less than a minute. Moving on.

The Miz went from guest to host on his own show this week as Maryse hosted MizTV as the A-Lister made his case for a 2022 Hall of Fame induction.

He got interrupted by Edge as the two masters of the mic traded verbal jabs before Miz jumped on the attack, but a moment where Maryse became a human shield and nearly got hit with a Spear (leaving Edge open for the Skull Crushing Finale) caused some issues.

Miz celebrated but his wife was less than impressed, insisting this can’t be happening anymore before slapping her man and leaving the ring as they carried on rowing.

*WWE Raw airs Monday nights at 1am on BT Sport 1.
