Mum-of-four’s heartbreaking tribute after ‘beautiful’ five-month-old son dies as police launch probe

A MUM has paid tribute to her “beautiful baby boy” whose death has sparked a police probe.

Tragic five-month-old Shaw Black was rushed to hospital after falling ill at his home in Dewsbury, West Yorks.

Sadly he couldn’t be saved with police now investigating the tragedy on Monday.

His mum Bryony Black has now left a floral tribute and heartbreaking message to the youngster outside the home.

The 20-year-old, who has three other children, wrote: “To my beautiful baby boy.

“Mummy can’t even begin to tell you how much you will be missed.

“The world seems to be so still and silent without you here, putting the world to rights. You have left a big hole in mine, your brothers, and so many of the family and friends’ hearts.

“I will love you always. Share hugs and kisses until I see your beautiful face again.”

Police have been pictured outside the two-bedroom flat where the family had lived for around two years.

Horrified neighbours say they have been guarding the front door.

West Yorkshire Police said: “Emergency services were called to an address in Dewsbury on Monday to a report that a baby had been taken ill.

“The boy was taken to hospital for treatment but sadly passed away. Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances regarding the death at this time.

“The family is being supported by specially trained officers.”
