Joe Rogan Once Expressed Shock Over LeBron James Spending $1.5 Million on Himself: “What a F*Cking Stud”

Many regard LeBron James as the greatest player of all time. Many teams have built super teams to win championships over the years, while LeBron has won it with every team he has played. One just doesn’t make it to their 19th season in top form without good rest and recovery.

King James has been consistent for more than a decade and has worked hard to be in this position. He is getting MVP shouts despite turning 37 in coming four days. He has been carrying the Lakers this season and is playing without much help from the other starters.

James works hard, however, he works harder on his recovery sessions. Training week in week out, like James, demands proper rest and recovery. American TV commentator Joe Rogan has explained in an old interview how LeBron recovers.

“That’s an incredible piece right there,” says Lakers assistant Phil Handy. “It seems that he’s only getting better.”

Joe Rogan reveals how LeBron James recovers after training hard

In an old video, Joe Rogan opened up on LeBron James’ recovery. He expressed his shock over the amount of money he spends on his recovery. Rogan said that he heard LeBron spends around $1 million on his recovery.

“I heard LeBron spends $1.5 million a year on his recovery,” Rogan said in the old interview. He added, “Just recovery. Just like therapy, massage, a million and a half, every year. What a f*cking stud he is,’

Well, you don’t get MVP shouts in your 19th season in the NBA without proper rest and recovery. Sure, LeBron puts in a lot of hard work week in week out. But him spending so much money on his recovery isn’t surprising.

To come back stronger after putting in a lot of work, there’s a need for rest and recovery. That’s why LeBron has been injury-free for so many years and continues to carry the Lakers during an injury-plagued season. The Lakers, however, despite a monstrous roster at their helm, are struggling to cross .500 this season.
