WhatsApp teases HUGE change with three new features to improve app
WHATSAPP is about to make sifting through messages a LOT easier for some users.
If you’re one of the 2billion people using the app, you’ll know what it’s like to be flooded with messages, not only in one on one chats but from massive groups too.

The Meta-owned platform has already made it a bit better to find specific stuff in chats, allowing people to sort between links, media and docs.
But now the tech giant appears to be taking it a step further – though there’s a catch.
It looks like this latest improvement is only available to WhatsApp business accounts, but who knows, it could be expanded in the future.
WhatsApp Business is used by loads of firms these days as a more convenient way of providing customer service, whether that be to request an update on your delivery or ask a question.
Given how many messages companies receive from customers, you can understand why they might need extra support sorting through them all.
It means businesses will soon be able to go one step further in searching through chats.

As you can imagine, these features are probably more useful for companies using WhatsApp than the average Joe.
But by making it easier for businesses, it’ll hopefully help improve their customer service, so you’ll benefit indirectly.
So far, the new options have popped up on WhatsApp Business beta, the app’s tester version.
It looks like they’ll drop in on both iOS and Android at some point.
“WhatsApp is not planning to release it on WhatsApp Messenger, since they are more useful on WhatsApp Business,” according to WABetaInfo, who revealed the feature.
But everyday users, fear not, WhatsApp has plenty in store for you.
For starters, a redesign on iPhone is apparently in the works.
And the firm is also developing a better way for you to see when people are talking about you.

And internet users have been urged to check their online accounts against one of 2021’s worst cyber threats.
