Sony Open at Hawaii Course Preview: All You Need to Know About the Waialae Country Club
As the PGA tour embarked on its new year tour, it is enjoying a relaxed beginning with a two-week swing on the picturesque island of Hawaii. After a riveting and historic weekend came to an end with the Sentry Tournament of Champions last week, its shifting base to the capital city of Honolulu, for the first full-field event of the season, the 2022 Sony Open in Hawaii.
Beginning tomorrow, the Waialae Country Club will host the second event of the year, with a purse of $7,500,000. Some of the top professional golfers will be teeing it up, including defending champion Kevin Na, Kim Furyk, Abraham Ancer, Sungjae Im, and Hideki Matsuyama.
