National League North side Kidderminster beat Championship Reading, while Boreham Wood stunned AFC Wimbledon.

Their respective rewards are that Kidderminster will host West Ham on Saturday, February 5 with a 5pm kick-off live on BBC.

Meanwhile Boreham Wood will travel to take on Bournemouth on Sunday, February 6 with a 6.30pm kick-off on ITV 4.

And while most football fans will be delighted that the non-league teams will get their TV time, some of the other ties picked haven’t gone down well.

Many fans were fuming that Manchester United versus Middlesbrough was chosen, with Ian Streeter jokingly writing ‘Man Utd, surely not’ on Twitter.

And on the Red Devils, Stuart Spreadbridge posted: “Unbelievable every game every round every year they televise it.”

Paul Bower wrote: “Is there ever a round Man United play where they aren’t on TV?”

And another fan was ‘baffled’ that Tottenham versus Brighton was selected ahead of Chelsea against Plymouth.

Marc Butcher was not impressed with the ‘ridiculous FA Cup kick-off times’, while another posted that they were ‘dog s*** TV picks’.

Twitter user Ryan simply wrote that they were ‘an absolute joke’.
