‘A Big Old Bodybuilder Can’t Blast Me Out, My Friend’: Tyson Fury to Derek Chisora

Top rivals Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua rank among the elite heavyweights of this era. Both the men share a tremendous rivalry and their rift has only increased with time. The two men were also on the brink of confronting each other for the undisputed heavyweight title in 2021, but this collision fell through.

Despite that, the boxing purists and enthusiasts are still weighing on this iconic matchup. Recently, Derek Chisora picked Anthony Joshua to hammer ‘The Gypsy King’. Citing Chisora’s comments, Fury came up with an opinion.

The WBC heavyweight champion said, “This is a message for Derek Chisora. I just seen that yes that you think ‘AJ’ would blast me out. Never in a million years. Have the biggest puncher in history can’t blast me out. Wladimir Klitschko can’t blast me out. A big old bodybuilder can’t blast me out, my friend.”

Tyson Fury feels Oleksandr Usyk will smash Anthony Joshua next time

Immediately after his defeat, ‘AJ’ triggered the rematch with his Ukrainian rival. He is keen on leveling the scores, but ‘The Gypsy King’ doesn’t think it will happen.

Tyson Fury said, “Usyk will smash him next time properly. He might be even punch and knock him out.”

This rematch of their September 2021 bout is expected to materialize by early 2022. As the WBC heavyweight champ somehow feels his compatriot doesn’t stand a chance against Usyk, it will be interesting to see if Fury’s statements come true or ‘AJ’ turns the tables.
