Trump rally LIVE updates – Florence, Arizona, welcomes former president for his first rally of 2022

FORMER President Donald Trump spoke at a rally in Arizona at the Country Thunder Festival Grounds on Saturday night.

The ex-president addressed his false election fraud claims, the January 6 Capitol insurrection, and the Biden administration’s performance.

He also made a reference to “taking back the White House” in 2024, teasing another campaign for president, but not confirming his intention to run.

Trump thanked the other speakers, which included State Rep Sen Mark Finchem, Arizona Rep Paul Gosar, Andy Biggs, and Debbie Lesko.

Florence, about 70 miles southeast of Downtown Phoenix, is in the heart of Pinal County, a Republican stronghold that Trump won by 17 percentage points in 2020.
