Many regard Michael Jordan as the greatest of all time for his achievements in his career. Jordan won six NBA championships in his career, which included two three-peats. In fact, Jordan became the Finals MVP in all the seasons he won the championships with the Bulls.

His Airness was one of the most dominant players during his playing career. Jordan joined the Bulls in 1984, but he had to wait till 1991 to win his first championship. Jordan had many dominant moments during his career. However, one that stands out is the one when he completed a 3 points sequence over Manute Bol.

Manute Bol was a Sudanese-American player who played for the Washington Bullets, Golden State Warriors, Philadelphia 76ers, and Miami Heat in the NBA. During the 80s and 90s, Manute was among the tallest players in the NBA. Scoring over Manute during that era used to be a prized trophy. Manute led the blocking charts in two seasons (1986 & 1989). Not a problem for Jordan, who brushed past the Sudan-born star and managed to get three points from that sequence.

Manute Bol was drafted 31st overall during the 1985 NBA draft, one year after Jordan’s arrival in the league. After three seasons in Washington and over 250 appearances, he was traded to the Warriors. He then went on to play for the Miami Heat and the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA. His last season in the NBA was the 1994-95 season with the Warriors. He then played in the CBA for a season and then plied his trade in Italy before retiring.
