With the iconic actor and musician Meat Loaf dying at the age of 74, fans are in mourning, remembering him for his albums including the legendary record Bat Out Of Hell.

Selling 43million copies worldwide, it became one of the best-selling albums of all time, with a hit musical adaptation.

Formed out of a collaboration between Meat Loaf and Jim Steinman, who died last year, the musical is a loose retelling of Peter Pan, set in post-apocalyptic Manhattan.

It opened in London in 2017, before moving to Toronto. However, it returned to London in 2018.

Here’s how you can watch the iconic musical.

Where to watch the Bat Out Of Hell musical

Bat Out Of Hell is currently touring the UK.

Until January 22, it will be performed at the Birmingham Alexandra Palace, before moving to London at the New Wimbledon Theatre.

The tour will also go to Stockton, Edinburgh, Canterbury, Aberdeen, Stoke, Sheffield and Eastbourne.

Afterwards, it will be performed in Bradford, Milton Keynes, Southampton, Blackpool, Plymouth, Newcastle, and Bristol.

It will then move to Belfast, Dublin, Hull, Cardiff, Liverpool and finish in Woking in November.

Dates in the USA are currently being rescheduled from 2020.

The Bat Out Of Hell musical is based on the music of Meat Loaf and Jim Steinman.

A synopsis reads: ‘This critically-acclaimed production uniquely combines the magic and excitement of a musical with the immense energy of rock ‘n’ roll.

‘Join Strat, the forever young leader of rebellious gang ‘The Lost’ as he falls in love with Raven, the beautiful daughter of the tyrannical ruler of Obsidian.’
