No issue is too small, too large or too embarrassing. Read our personal replies here.
But lately, I haven’t been able to focus.
Some parts of my course are very difficult for me.
I sit for hours just staring at my books or a blank screen, thinking about the past, people who’ve hurt me – like my ex-boyfriend – and worrying about the future.
If I don’t sort this out, I’m worried I’ll flunk my university degree.
Please help me get back on track.
