Kim Kardashian signs autograph with ex Kanye West’s last name despite filing in court to be legally single in nasty feud

KIM Kardashian used her ex Kanye West’s last name while signing a note to a Korean restaurant where she had dinner this week.

The KUWTK alum, 41, announced her divorce from Kanye, 44, last February and filed to be legally single last month.

Despite these legal measures, however, Kim still referred to herself as “Kim Kardashian West” while signing an autograph on Thursday night.

The reality star dined at Quarters Barbeque in Hollywood with her boyfriend Pete Davidson, her sister Khloe and several of their friends.

After the meal, Kim wrote in a sweet note: “To: Quarters XOXO. Thank you so much for the best Korean BBQ.”

The mother-of-four signed off: “Kim Kardashian West.”

Last month Kim filed paperwork to drop “West” from her last name and return to just her maiden name of “Kardashian”.

By becoming legally single, Kim’s marital status can change while she and Ye continue to work on the other details of their divorce: things like child custody and property division.

She filed for divorce from Kanye in February 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage. They have four children together – North, eight, Saint, six, Chicago, three, and Psalm, two.

She has been dating Pete since last October, with the pair going on numerous dates in New York and LA and even jetting off to the Bahamas earlier this month.

Meanehile, her relationship with Kanye has become even more strained in recent weeks after he claimed she has a second sex tape with her ex Ray J.

The rapper claimed on Hollywood Unlocked that he flew to meet Ray J and obtain a laptop which contained the alleged second tape.

“I went and got the laptop from Ray J myself that night,” he said.

SEX TAPE CLAIMS

“I met this man at the airport, then got on a red-eye, came back [and] delivered it to her at 8am in the morning.”

Kanye said: “She [Kim] cried when she saw it.

“You know why she cried when she seen it on the laptop? Because it represents how much she’s been used.

“It represents how much people didn’t love her, and they saw her as a commodity.”

Kim shut down Kanye’s claims, with her rep telling Page Six: “The computer and hard drive collected were supposed to contain the original video and any unseen footage.

KIM’S DENIAL

“After review, there was nothing sexual unseen, only footage on the plane on the way to Mexico and footage at a club and restaurant on the same trip.”

The statement continued: “Kim remains firm in her belief that there is no new second tape that exists.”

Ray, 41, also shut down the speculation this week, tweeting on Wednesday: “This needs to stop. I also have kids.”

The initial sex tape leaked in 2007, not long before the premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Rumors have been swirling about a second part to the sex tape for some time.
