Joe Burrow Receives King-Size Congratulations From LeBron James After Beating Chiefs to Clinch AFC Championship

Cincinnati Bengals and Kansas City Chiefs squared off in the AFC Championship on Sunday. Joe Burrow and his squad defeated the Chiefs 27-24 to advance to Super Bowl LVI. This postseason has been filled with intriguing matches, and the AFC Championship game was no different.

The match went into overtime and yet again, the Chiefs won the coin toss and were in possession of the ball. Nevertheless, the outcome was different from the AFC Divisional Playoffs round. An interception by the Bengals netted them possession of the ball. Joe Burrow made some incredible plays and Vonn Bell’s final field goal sent the Chiefs packing. Joe led the match with 250 passing yards, two touchdowns, and one interception.

LeBron posted a picture of Joe Burrow and captioned it with a smoke and kings crown emoji. In the picture that Bron shared, Joe was smoking a cigar while dressed in LSU’s gear. The photo was taken after Burrow led the LSU Tigers to the National Championship after defeating Clemson in January 2020. The LSU quarterback threw six touchdowns (5 passing touchdowns and 1 rushing touchdown), and smoked a cigar to celebrate his triumph.

Joe Burrow is a major LSU star, but he played for Ohio State for two years before transferring to LSU. This picture dates back to when Joe played for Ohio State and when Lebron played for the Cavs. The post went viral, and Bron would have surely come across the post as well. Henceforth, in the wake of his fellow Ohioan’s AFC Championship win, Lebron posted a message in awe of his success.
