Dancing on Ice 2022 LIVE: Phillip Schofield forced to miss show tonight as Liberty’s ex opens up about heartbreak

DANCING On Ice presenter Phillip Schofield has confirmed he will miss out on the show tonight due to testing positive for coronavirus.

The This Morning star, 59, tested himself twice in the hope he would return a negative result and be cleared to go back to work in the studio.

Sharing a picture of his latest lateral flow tests, he wrote on Instagram: “Sorry Dancing On Ice. Have an amazing show Stephen Mulhern it’s so much fun x.”

Meanwhile, Dancing On Ice’s Liberty Pool’s devastated ex-boyfriend, Jake Cornish, says he was deeply in love with “Lib” after they coupled up in the Love Island villa and tried to win her back after their dramatic on-air break-up.

In an exclusive interview, he said: “I only had one girlfriend before her, my childhood sweetheart. I’d never been dumped and it hurt.”
