Prior to this, the pair were set to battle in an exhibition bout in Dubai in September 2021. But because of a bicep injury while training, ‘The Beast’ had pulled out of the fight. Since then, their fans have been eagerly waiting for this high-profile exhibition match to come true.

Unfortunately, their previous battle did not come to fruition. However, both were keen to fight and, as a result, the rivalry between the giants has extended to such a level that they have exchanged some strong remarks on social media and interviews.

‘The Beast’ took to Instagram and wrote, “The wait is finally over! March 19th, its game over for Thor.”

While, on the other hand, ‘The Mountain’ had posted his dramatic body transformation pic on Instagram.

Apart from that, he wrote on Twitter, “The wait is finally over. I will be stepping into the ring… It’s been a long journey, almost two whole years from the day I announced this fight. It hasn’t always been easy but I’ve loved every minute of it.”

As the fight is getting closer, the war of words between both these giants is getting intense.
