Harris County plane crash latest – Two injured passengers airlifted to Houston area hospital in Texas

TWO people were airlifted to the hospital after a plane crashed outside Houston on Friday.

The wreckage of the plane was discovered at a golf course northwest of Houston, Texas, according to local media.

Authorities said two people on the plane were taken to a Houston hospital for treatment after the crash in Harris County.

Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez told ABC 13 that both passengers were alive but injured.

Police and fire rescue were at the crash site.

The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board will investigate, the Texas Department of Public Safety said.
