Man Utd star Paul Pogba ‘willing to become unemployed and wait until end of season to decide transfer future’

PAUL POGBA is reportedly willing to wait until the end of the season to decide where his future lies.

According to The Telegraph, the 28-year-old will consider all of his options, including the potential of staying at Old Trafford.

However, he is also willing to listen to offers from other Premier League clubs.

Pogba’s contract expires in the summer, meaning that if he does not come to a decision before then he will become unemployed and be a free agent.

He is set to be a key transfer target for some of Europe’s biggest clubs if he decides against renewing his contract with the Red Devils.

But, only a few teams will be able to meet his high wage demands.

The Frenchman already earns around £290,000 per week, which is too much as far as other clubs are concerned.

A big factor that could contribute to Pogba staying is whether or not Manchester United manage to qualify for the Champions League.

Ralf Rangnick’s side currently sit 4th in the Premier League table, but the likes of Arsenal and West Ham are closing the gap week by week.

The Gunners arguably appear their biggest threat to Champions League football, sitting four points behind but with three games in hand.

Despite rumours circulating throughout January, Pogba made it clear that he wishes to push the transfer talk to one side and focus on finishing the season on a high.
