The Chase’s Bradley Walsh leaves fans astonished with swipe at player as he says she should ‘seek help’

THE Chase host Bradley Walsh has left fans in shock after making a brutal swipe at a player, telling her to “seek help”.

The TV presenter hit back against the female contestant after she admitted she was a big fan of escape rooms and horror.

Bradley took a brutal swipe at the contestant, saying she should “seek help”

The player admitted she was keen on escape rooms and zombies

Bradley, 61, made the brutal swipe as contestant Amanda admitted she “love, love, loves going to escape rooms” in her spare time.

The Chase hopeful told the host: “I love, love, love going to escape rooms – the next one I want to do is a Halloween train one.

“It’s being trapped in a room with a Zombie, the train gets longer as the escape room goes on, and the zombie can kind of get you as you’re trying to solve the clues.”

Bradley could be seen raising his eyebrows as Amanda tried to reassure him that the activity was “more fun than it sounds”.

“If you win some money today, what are you going to do with it today other than seeking help?” the host jokingly swiped at her.

Laughing, Amanda brushed off the brutal blow and continued to discuss her hopes to visit Star Wars: Galaxy Edge at Walt Disney World.

“My other big passion is Star Wars, I’ve got a couple of tattoos,” the contestant revealed before going to face the Chaser.

Facing Paul ‘The Sinnerman’ Sinha, Amanda managed to accumulate an incredible £8,000 in the prize pot as she stepped up to the podium.

Unfortunately the contestant failed to make it through to the final chase, leaving her co-star Alan to face Paul alone in the Final Chase.

It comes days after viewers of the ITV gameshow were  left in stitches after a contestant revealed a VERY unusual hobby – and even Bradley couldn’t keep a straight face.

Cat, from Lanarkshire, was asked by Bradley to tell him and viewers a little bit more about herself and she revealed her unusual hobby.

She told Bradley that she likes spirographing when she’s got some free time, but the host replied: “What?”

A spirograph is a geometric drawing device which can help create detailed spiraled designs to colour in and display.

Cat said: “If you remember, back in the eighties they were quite big,” and Bradley replied he could remember the retro toy.

The contestant then added: “I do big ones, like up to about A2 size. So I enjoy doing that.”

Cat ended up securing £9,000 for the prize pot after her head-to-head with Paul Sinha, but many viewers were still focusing on her unusual hobby.
