SHE’S turning 34 next month.

But this woman keeps being mistaken for a woman 10 years younger, and she thinks it’s down to the fact that she cut out sugar when she was 21.

Make-up artist and skincare enthusiast Leah Vairo took to her TikTok page to share a video of herself in which she showcased her flawless complexion.

“I’m turning 34 in a month and people keep mistaking me for a 26 year old,” she wrote over the top of the clip.

“I don’t have any wrinkles, I’ve never had Botox or any other major procedure.

“Follow me for tips on how to stay looking and feeling young forever.

“First tip: don’t eat cane sugar like ever. I have  been off cane sugar since I was 21.

“Cane sugar, aka white sugar, breaks down collagen in your skin.”

She shared the video alongside the caption: “First tip. Don’t eat cane sugar!!

“I eat fruit and coconut sugar because I’m not a freak but I truly avoid cane sugar 99% of the time.”

However, while Leah was proud of her wrinkle-free complexion, people in the comments section weren’t so sure that she looked 10 years younger.

“You look 34. You look good. 34 is not old!” one person wrote.

Speaking of looking young, this woman claims she reversed her wrinkles without using Botox.
