I work at Chipotle – people get mad when we say they can’t order quesadillas in store, you can only get them online
CHIPOTLE fans might want to rethink heading to the restaurant if they planned on getting a certain dish.
It turns out they can only enjoy a Chipotle quesadilla if they ordered ahead.
@sienamiaok/TikTokA Chipotle employee named Siena said in a video customers get so mad when she tells them they can’t order a quesadilla in store[/caption]

A woman named Siena, who claimed to work at Chipotle, said quesadillas are online-only items and customers get really upset when they can’t order them in-store.
In a TikTok exemplifying this, Siena wrote the message: “POV: You tell someone you have to order a quesadilla online,” while an audio clip of an angry customer yelling played in the background.
Many people took to the comment section of the video to question the policy, while one suggested they should just take quesadillas off the menu altogether to prevent issues.
A fellow Chiptole employee chimed in on Siena’s video as well, saying: “I work at chipotle and bruhh people be so mad. Like I don’t make the rules.”
Siena replied: “I love when you explain to them the rules and they still get pissed and ask.”
Siena did offer an explanation for the weird rule, though, in the comments.
She explained that her store only has one quesadilla press and added: “It takes time for them to cook and if everyone asked for a quesadilla in a rush we would be f**ked since you can only make 1 or 2 at once.”

An additional Chipotle employee shared their insight, saying: “Online orders orders have a different station and different setup.”
On the bright side, if customers don’t mind not being able to get a quesadilla, there’s an easy way to get two burritos for the price of one.
You simply have to ask for a bowl with two tortillas, two servings of meat, extra rice and beans, and all of the toppings you want, according to a former employee.
By the end of the line, you should have enough food to wrap into two burritos, easily saving you $10.
