Serena Williams Makes a Glamorous Appearance at Milan Fashion Week as the Guest of Gucci
Serena Williams is the epitome of success as far as women’s tennis is concerned. The American tennis legend picked up the racket at the age of four and a half years when her father, Richard Williams, took her to the public tennis courts for practice. Further, she won her first WTA title in 1999 as a 17-year-old.
Serena has gone on to become one of the most iconic players in the sport. She has won 23 Grand Slam singles titles, which is the most in the Open Era. Additionally, she has been successful in the doubles too, pairing with her elder sister Venus Williams. Adding a golden lining to her already illustrious career is the fact that she has won four gold medals at the Olympics.
Recently, the younger Williams sister was in Milan, Italy with her family to mark her presence at the Milan Fashion Week.

The 40-year-old was the guest of Gucci at this week’s event in Italy. Her husband, Alexis Ohanian, and her daughter, Olympia, accompanied the American tennis star to the glamorous event.

Serena wore a sheath dress and a feather cape, in an all-black outfit. Meanwhile, Alexis looked smart in a black blazer over a white shirt. Serena posted a picture of the two on her official Instagram handle captioned, “fashion break.”
Serena is a fashion enthusiast, herself. She has launched a clothing line, ‘S by Serena’, which includes confident and dynamic styles, designed by her. It is a modern fashion brand that celebrates the smart, sexy, sophisticated, strong, and stylish qualities of each person.

Coming to tennis, the younger Williams sister has been on the sidelines recently due to injuries. She has been out for around seven months now and last played at The Championships in Wimbledon.
