Cost of Blue Origin ticket to space revealed as Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend Pete Davidson ‘expected to fly’ soon
PETE DAVIDSON may be heading to outer space soon on a Blue Origin rocket – here’s how much it costs.
The Saturday Night Live comedian is reportedly close to finalizing a contract with Blue Origin that would allow him to journey into space, according to a new report by Page Six.

“Pete is excited,” a source close to Davidson told Page Six. “They haven’t signed a contract yet, but it looks like it’s going to happen. The details are being finalized.”
The space travel company, founded in 2000 by Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos, has successfully sent three crewed flights to space in the past year.
Blue Origin has not revealed the price of a ticket to fly on its rocket, designated New Shepard, but sales for the company were nearing $100 million last year, according to the New York Times.
While it’s unclear how much of that revenue was from ticket sales, Bezos told the Times that the company was doing “really well with private sales.”
In a public auction for a seat on the first Blue Origin flight, Justin Sun, CEO of blockchain platform Tron, ended up paying $28 million for a ticket.
And while Davidson’s ticket to the heavens is not likely to come cheap, it will certainly be cheaper than that, according to Engadget.

Bezos has hinted at the price of a single ticket in previous interviews, saying that it would likely be in the same ballpark as competitors, such as Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic’s SpaceShipTwo.
Last August, a ticket to get on board Branson’s SpaceShipTwo was priced at $450,000 – a nearly two-fold increase from its previous cost of $250,000.
Therefore, it’s likely that Davidson paid a price close to that figure, or maybe even cheaper given his friendly nature with Bezos.
It was reported earlier this year that Davidson and girlfriend Kim Kardashian had dined with Bezos and his longtime partner Lauren Sanchez and seamlessly hit it off.
“He got on really well with Jeff when they met,” a source told Page Six.
It’s unclear exactly when Davidson is due to head to the edge of space, but it’s reportedly expected to happen within the year.
