EastEnders star shows off incredible body transformation after quitting soap and becoming a fireman

EASTENDERS star Tony Discipline has shown off an incredible body transformation nine years after leaving the soap.

Tony, 32, is best known for playing Tyler Moon in the BBC1 programme from 2011 to 2013.

He’s definitely beefed up since his time in EastEnders

But two years ago the actor revealed he’d opted for a career change – turning his back on showbiz to become a fireman.

And it seems Tony’s career isn’t the only thing that’s different, as he showed off a body transformation on Instagram on Wednesday.

Revealing he’s beefed up significantly since playing Tyler, Tony posted a video showing off his buff bod.

He wrote: “Late night post workout.”

In 2020 Tony surprised his followers by revealing he’d retrained as a fireman.

And last year Tony became a dad for the first time, and introduced his daughter on Instagram.

Sharing snaps of him and his baby girl, he wrote: “Welcome to the world my beautiful daughter – Penelope Charlotte Rose Discipline .”

Despite his new career direction, Tony previously teased a return to EastEnders after being written out of the show.

Posting a snap of the sea, he wrote: “Tyler’s still on a cruise out there somewhere. Is it time to come back to Walford? @bbceastenders.”
