Stephen Curry’s Warriors Are Set to Unleash a 7 Foot Weapon on the League and Everyone Should Be Scared

Golden State Warriors registered their 45th win of the season as they beat Nikola Jokic’s Nuggets at the Ball Arena. Stephen Curry powered the Warriors to an important win, scoring 34 points. The Warriors have been struggling for a while and are 3-7 in their last 10 games. However, their star center, James Wiseman, is set to make his comeback to the NBA, which is massive news of relief for Dub Nation.

The Warriors have been are currently third in the league table behind leaders Phoenix Suns and Memphis Grizzlies. However, they have the same wins and losses as the Grizzlies and can overtake them in the coming games. Stephen Curry has also hit his form at the right time when they push for the 2nd position in the table.

They have received another massive boost as James Wiseman has been cleared to play the G League games. Wiseman made his G League debut for Santa Cruz Warriors. It was his first game on the court in 11 months.

Golden State Warriors to receive James Wiseman boost

James Wiseman finished the G League game with 18 points and went 7/13 from the field. However, the 20-year-old’s contributions weren’t enough, as Santa Cruz lost 109-99 to Stockton Kings. But the good news is Wiseman is closer than ever to his NBA return. Despite the loss, Wiseman had an incredible impact on the game. Following is a sequence of plays that shows the same.

Wiseman has not played a single minute this season because of a torn meniscus. Moreover, he played 39 games last season before getting injured. The Warriors already have a good starting lineup and with Draymond Green returning in the next few days, it’ll be harder for Wiseman to make it to the starting lineup.

The 20-year-old former number 2 overall pick will have to fight for a spot in the starting five and he doesn’t have much time. But he will surely turn out to be a massive addition to an already stacked-up roster. The Dub Nation needs him if they want to make a deep run in the playoffs.
