Ioan Gruffudd is selling the family home and making our kids homeless – I’m in tears, claims actor’s ex Alice Evans

IOAN Gruffudd’s estranged wife Alice Evans claims he is making her and their two young daughters “homeless”.

The 102 Dalmatians actress said she was risking jail by talking about the sale of the property they once shared as a family in Los Angeles.

Alice and Ioan split in March last year after two decades together and since then elements of their bitter break out have played out on social media.

In an Instagram post in the early hours of this morning, Alice, 53, alleged: “The girls and I found out we are going to lose the only house they have ever known. In two months we will be homeless.”

Alice also claimed that Fantastic Four star Ioan, 48, had attempted to stop her from speaking publicly about what is happening and continued: “I hesitated about sharing, because when your ex has paid good money to have you gagged and you risk jail by speaking out. ( Communist China, anyone?) it gets really scary.”

She said she chose to say something after seeing how upset their two daughters, Ella, 12 and Elsie, eight, will be.

Alice wrote: “Driving home tonight after hacking dropped both girls at different play dates/ parties, arranged to pick them up, been told how much they’ll miss me and that they can’t eat to have ‘family day at home’ tomorrow.

“I feel the tears starting again. Tears of fear. Tears of the possibility of breaking their hearts. They love this house.”

She finished her post: “It wouldn’t be the end of the world. We can find a condo to rent somewhere I’m sure. Just feeling wistful tonight.”

Following their split Ioan has moved on with Bianca Wallace after meeting her on the set of his TV show Harrow in Australia.

Bianca shared a photograph of them in front of the London Eye on Instagram on Saturday and captioned the picture with a love heart.

Alice previously claimed she was blindsided when Ioan told her their marriage was over.

She said last year: “I was slayed. This was my husband.

“I’m not the only person who has gone through this, and I think that I was owed more than an Instagram after 20 years of marriage and two children, and it was a little bit cowardly.”
