What your underwear REALLY says about you – & why a fan of the t-shirt bra may suspect her husband is cheating
CHOOSING your favourite pair of undies to wear is something everyone does, but an expert has claimed the type of knickers or bra you choose can reflect on who you really are.
Miranda Holder, founder of the Feel Good Fashion Coach, has explained what different popular styles of underwear mean.

For example she claims that women who like to show off their curves in thongs are party lovers who have mastered the art of burning the candle at both ends.
However, she says these people could be prone to choosing superficial lovers.
Here, Miranda reveals six of the most common styles and what they say about you.
THONG – You are party-loving and a reality TV wannabe

Miranda explains that the people who prefer to wear thongs, are always striving to keep up with the latest trends and prioritise how they look.
They love to squeeze their tootsies into towering stilettos, while wearing the super tight body con dresses.
Not to mention a pair of pleather trousers as well.
A person who wears a thong, gets everything waxed – leaving not one hair on the body, while a fake tan routine is a must.
They don’t suffer from hangovers, and they will pull an all nighter stumbling into work the next day.
Their skin is young, and their lips are plumped and they can often be found dancing on a beach somewhere.
They know their future partners will have little imagination, so they “ensure that nothing is left to it.”

Miranda says that a person who loves a t-shirt bra is definitely happiest when they are not the centre of attention – and she would be mortified if her undergarments were visible.
She doesn’t indulge in anything, and lives in baggy supermarket jeans, while devoting her life to family and friends.
Her favourite outing is to the cinema, and loves a bit of The Walking Dead.
She once had a high flying career in advertising, but gave it all up to settle down.
This woman used to have a healthy sex life with her husband before cheating, but now she suspects he’s cheating but can’t bring herself to face it.
BIKINI BRIEF – Obsessed with step counting

Miranda says this person will love a bit of sport and “these ladies mean business and don’t want to be garroted by scraps of lace” whilst going about their business.
They have no time for frills or anything remotely femenine, and they favour practicality over something pretty.
They love to take note of step count, while including a workout in their day as well.
Sweaty Betty is the go to fashion brand for them.
They secretly dread going out, and would much prefer to attend a fitness class.
They have tried all the diets, and are hoping to book a boot camp later in the year.
BRALETTE – Someone who is creative but also tough to crack

This person is feminine and creative, according to Miranda.
She loves a bit of makeup and her wardrobe is filled with colour.
A naturally stylish character, other women will adore her – and she is on every guest list.
However, it’s hard for men to fully understand her as they often get intimidated by her artistic side.
She is a daydreamer, and creative thinker and her job will be along the lines of writing or working in an art gallery.
She is the friend that everyone turns to when they need to borrow clothes, and she loves to get lost in a new city somewhere.
This woman is content with her own company, and she will never reveal where she buys her underwear from.
FRENCH KNICKERS – Loves romance and is stuck in the 80s

They useds to work as a high-flying PA in the City, but are now with their kids living in the countryside hanging around coffee shops.
They proudly still have the same skincare routine from their 20s, and have nice normal first names but prefer to be called by a nickname.
These women pride themselves on their cooking, and love to compile a dinner party menu.
They definitely own pearls, and after having children they will only let their husbands near them on high days and holidays.
PUSH-UP BRA – High-flyer who loves to be centre of attention

She has a “high flying career in the city or in PR, and loves nothing better than saving her money for lavish holidays in the sun, and is particularly partial to Italian waiters.”
