Eldrick Woods probably made one of the greatest returns in the history of golf at the PNC Championship. Woods made a comeback after sustaining serious injuries in his right leg due to an accident in February 2021. The 82-time PGA Tour winner played the event along with his son, Charlie Axel Woods. However, his return was made even sweeter when one of golf’s greats, Lee Trevino, gave him a golf lesson.

Team Woods at PNC Championship

On the business end, team Woods had a pretty strong finish at the PNC Championship. The duo finished the event with an overall score of 25-under-par; As a result, finishing just two shots off the lead.

They carded a final round of 57, 15-under-par on their route to a second position finish at Ritz-Carlton Golf Club. Looks like Lees’ tips really helped the Tiger.
