ROAD TO NOWHERE

Apple services including Maps, App Store and iCloud DOWN in global outage

How can I check if Apple isn’t working?

Apple’s variety of applications presents a number of ways for users to make their lives easier.

When holders of their many products notice their normally used programs not working, it could cause disruption in their routine.

One signifier of Apple not working is the amount of time a program takes to load.

When the loading issue is not caused by the user’s connection, chances are they are experiencing an outage.

If the problem persists across more platforms, Apple could possibly be experiencing technical difficulties as a whole.

What did users say on social media?

Lots of people were complaining about Apple Maps being down on Twitter.

One frustrated user tweeted: “I’m going to assume that the server for Apple Maps went down because I’m steady trying to put in the address for my next on-site and it’s saying that the server can’t be reached.

“i’m so pissed at apple music it won’t play any of my downloaded music and says the metadata is broken WHEN IT WAS PLAYING THE ALBUMS LITERALLY AN HOUR AGO?” said another.

Another user posted: “So I guess I will use Waze to get there.”

One person wrote: “Apparently iMessage is down cause nobody can send media.. apple? what’s going on”.

One more user joked: “How does apple maps go down that is absolutely ridiculous. not more ridiculous than me not learning my way around town without gps but still RIDICULOUS!”

As more Apple software holders were troubled by the technical difficulties, the tweets continued to pour in.

“I thought it was just me but it appears the entire iCloud is down but this isn’t reflecting in your system status page. Hopefully, there isn’t something sinister going on.”

“Apple Maps being down is really inconvenient for people like me who work in home-based healthcare.”
