KFC brings back popular bucket deal – but it’s more expensive
KFC has brought back its popular bucket deal – but it’s more expensive than the last time fans got to cash-in on a taste.
The bucket deal includes 10 pieces of the chicken chain’s famous original recipe boneless mini fillets – all for £5.99.

But last year the exact same chicken deal cost fans only a fiver.
The bucket returned to the KFC menu for a limited time back in August at just £4.99 a pop.
It was only on the menu for two months so anyone craving a taste had to be quick to get their hands on the snack.
Now it has made another appearance, there’s still not long for fans to grab a bite, as it’s only around until April 24.
Just this time around, it’s going to cost them £1 more to buy.
You can only get it for that price straight from KFC too.
That means you’ll have to order in a branch, at the Drive Thru, or through the chain’s app to collect from your closest store.
But sadly you won’t be able to cash-in through Just Eat, Uber Eats or Deliveroo, where the chicken could come straight to your door.

So far fans haven’t been too put off by the price increase, but they had been calling for the deal to return since last year.
On Twitter, one said: “Please, KFC when will bring back the £4.99 10 mini fillet bucket?”
But despite it being more expensive this year, it’s not actually the most the chicken bucket deal has been sold for in the past.
Back in June the same deal cost £10 to buy, which is double the cheaper price that followed it later in the year, and £4 more expensive than the current offer that’s on.
The jump back up from £5 to £6 wouldn’t be the first time the chain has quietly hiked prices either.
The Sun found that the fast food chain had “secretly” hiked the price of its larger meals by an average of 5% during lockdown.
It previously charged an extra 60p to upgrade your meal to super size but now it charges 99p extra.
On the mini fillet bucket price increase, we have approached KFC for a comment.
If you don’t fancy splashing out AT ALL on your KFC, there are ways to bag a freebie at the chicken joint.
