I’m a stylist – the $6 trick to making any skirt fit your waist when it’s too loose

YOU no longer need to rush out and buy new clothing once something doesn’t quite fit.

Stylist Kristina Kacheeva has shared her quick fix to make a loose skirt fit better.

First, Kacheeva displayed in a video a white skirt she had put on. However, it was too big around the waist.

Rather than running out to a tailor or clothing store, she used a quick trick to shrink her skirt in seconds.

Using a shoelace, which can be purchased on Amazon for $6, the stylist tied it tight around her waist and tucked the skirt into the string.

After doing so, the waistband stayed up and overall fit her much nicer.

With this trick, you can also tuck in as much or as little fabric as you want, which will allow you to adjust the skirt’s length.

Many fashion-lovers were amazed by Kacheeva’s helpful tip.

One woman said: “You’re amazing.

“I was just about to return a skirt I got off of Shein then I found this.”

Others thanked her for the tip, saying: “OMG THANK YOU, THIS WORKED!!” and “Wow!! Amazing tip!!”

However, this isn’t Kacheeva’s only clothes fitting trick.

To make your jeans fit perfectly, she suggested cutting a hole on the inside of the waistband.

Next, attach a safety pin to both sides of an elastic band and push it all the way around the waist until it’s on the other side.

Kacheeva then said to pin the elastic to both sides of the denim and your jeans will fit your body much better than before.
