Dale Earnhardt Jr Reacts to Tragic Death of Foo Fighters Drummer Taylor Hawkins
Taylor Hawkins’s sudden and unfortunate death has come as a shock to almost everyone across the globe. Fans of Hawkins and Foo Fighters have flooded the social media spaces with heartbreaking tributes and reactions. One of those tributes from one of those fans was from the former NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr.
The band was scheduled to perform in Bogota, Colombia, as the news of Hawkin’s death was released.
The two-time Daytona 500 winner simply posted a sad emoji, reacting to the statement from the band that read, “The Foo Fighters family is devastated by the tragic and untimely loss of our beloved Taylor Hawkins. His musical spirit and infectious laughter will live on with all of us forever.”

In a recent episode of the Ask Jr. segment of the show, one fan quizzed the NASCAR Hall of Famer as to which musician he’d love to have on his show as a guest to which co-host Mike Davis went, “He said he wanted that Summer of 69…Bryan Adams!”
Earnhardt Jr. also joined in, as he said, “I’ve always loved his music. Who doesn’t like Summer of 69?”

Dale Earnhardt Jr. then explained if Bryan Adams were to come on the show, the things he’d ask him or talk to him about.
“I really don’t wanna ask Bryan (Adams) anything other than, ‘Take us back,’ to when that was happening to you and your life,” he said. “I think it’d be cool to have someone who (has) experienced highs and lows and reinventing yourself.”
“How do you disappear and then come back?”
