It all kicked off when Chelsea took to her Instagram Stories to post a clip of Cole quickly attempting to put out a fire on their grill.

In the clip, Cole is using a fire extinguisher as he continues to spray the grill which is covered in smoke.

Chelsea, however, decided to have a little bit of fun and add Alicia Keys‘ hit song Girl on Fire over the Story.

Fans were quick to take to Reddit to react when the video was re-posted on the platform.

FARM LIFE

One wrote: “… This happened to my friends and I years ago at a BBQ. My friend didn’t ever clean her grill and it caught fire.

“… We had to call the fire department because the flames were like 5 feet high…”

However, others weren’t as shocked by the matter as one chimed in: “Lmao. This is hilarious,” while another joked, “This grill is on fire…”

Chelsea, 30, has been giving fans plenty of looks at her South Dakota farmhouse, even if some haven’t exactly been all about her choice of decor.

Fans have labeled Chelsea and Cole’s home as “ugly” and have even call the mom of four’s interior choices “basic.”

Chelsea was also accused of copying an influencer’s nursery design before the big HGTV news was revealed.

The MTV alum previously revealed that she will make her return to the small screen in a show titled Farmhouse Fabulous on the popular home and garden network.

The series, which is set to debut in 2023, will follow the famous duo as they help families renovate their homes.

Chelsea told Deadline: “We can’t wait to take our fans along this next crazy journey of building our business from the ground up, with four kids in tow, showing all of the highs and lows on the renovation site and at home.”

CHELSEA THE ‘LIAR’

However, while some fans were all about the news, others called out Chelsea for being a “liar.”

“So leave one show for privacy and whatever else she complained about to go on another?” one person said.

Chelsea left Teen Mom 2 in 2020 in order to protect her family’s “privacy,” especially her 12-year-old daughter Aubree.

PRIVATE CHEL

An insider told The Ashley at the time: “Chelsea was becoming more and more concerned about Aubree being on-camera, now that she’s older.

“She always knew she would leave the show once Aubree reached a certain age. She didn’t want her to go through puberty on-camera and be subjected to hurtful and sometimes creepy comments from viewers.”

The source claimed Chelsea “didn’t like that her segments were becoming more and more about Aubree’s personal life and her relationship with Adam’s family.”
