This Morning’s Gino D’Acampo reveals he’s leaving the show and moving to Italy

GINO D’Acampo has revealed he is leaving This Morning to work on a new project in Italy.

The TV chef, 45, told a shocked Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield that he wouldn’t be back cooking for them until at least the autumn but maybe the winter.

Gino D’Acampo revealed he’s leaving the show – until the end of the year

Phil and Holly were surprised to hear he won’t be around for a while

He told them: “I was just walking around because I am a little bit sad today because I am going to go to Italy very soon, so this is my last This Morning, until probably autumn or winter.”

Phil couldn’t resist joking: “Thanks god for that”.

Gino added: “Unless you two are going to come to the island of Sardinia and do something live there.

“Do not panic, because I have so many beautiful things for you.”

Gino first started appearing on This Morning in 2009 and has been a regular chef on the show ever since.
