The mum-to-be cradled her blossoming bump in the snaps – and the short video clip of her dancing in front of the camera.
Her birthday celebrations come after Leona revealed she was ‘unable to leave the house’ due to being ‘severely ill’ during her ‘challenging’ first trimester.
It comes weeks after the star confirmed she was expecting her first child with husband Dennis Jauch.
Sources revealed that the Bleeding Love hitmaker – who married the creative director in 2019 – is due to give birth later this year.

A source said: “Leona and Dennis are absolutely over the moon. They have passed the 12-week milestone and told their family and friends at the beginning of the year.
“They can’t wait to welcome their arrival and to be a family of three.”
Leona – who shot to fame when she won the X Factor in 2006 – saw her career go from strength to strength after debut Spirit became one of the best-selling albums in chart history.
She has sold more than 35million records worldwide, with five successful albums and nominations for seven Brit Awards and three Grammy Awards.
She first met long-term love Dennis when he worked as a dancer on her 2010 Labyrinth tour, and they began dating soon after.
In November 2018, Leona confirmed they were engaged after being pictured wearing a diamond ring while on holiday, writing in an Instagram post: “I can’t wait to be your wife.
The pair married in a lavish ceremony at Sting’s 16th-century luxury estate in Tuscany a year later.
