Kim Kardashian ‘meets Pete Davidson’s grandparents’ as their budding romance hits next level

It’s the ‘next level’ to any burgeoning relationship: the moment you introduce your new partner to your grandparents.

Now, Skims business mogul Kim Kardashian, 41, and her Saturday Night Live presenter boyfriend Pete Davidson, 28, have reportedly reached that step and we have to say we’re here for it.

According to TMZ, sources close to Pete have revealed that Kim recently joined him on a trip to New York, where he was filming a movie.

Kim is thought to have accompanied her boyfriend in order to check things out, and the production happened to be close to Pete’s grandparents’ house on Staten Island.

After the shoot wrapped up for the day, they reportedly dropped by to spend some quality time with Pete’s family, meaning Kim officially met his grandparents.

Pete has also become more familiar with Kim’s famous family, including her mum Kris Jenner, 66, and her Keeping Up With The Kardashians sisters.

One of the first photographs of the couple was snapped at the momager’s home in California, with the Kardashian family matriarch and Flavor Flav.

Their relationship has been going from strength to strength, with Pete even getting the businesswoman’s name branded onto his skin.

In March, eagle-eyed fans spotted that the comedian had Kim’s name inked on his chest, prompting mass speculation across the internet.

While it was initially thought to be a tattoo, Kim revealed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that it had in fact been branded onto his skin… as well as sharing that the comedian has multiple dedications across his body.

‘The branding is my name. The other ones are cutesy things. I think my favourite one, it says: “My Girl Is A Lawyer.” And that one’s really cute,’ she said at the time.

Despite the couple have only been together since October, there are also baby rumours swirling.

A source told Yahoo! News: ‘Pete has always known he’s wanted to have kids and become a father one day. Even though some people might not take Pete seriously, he absolutely sees himself settling down with a wife and starting a family of his own.’

However, despite the escalation of their relationship, there are still a number of very important people in Kim’s life that Pete reportedly hasn’t yet met – her children.

Kim shares four children with ex-husband Kanye West: eight-year-old North, six-year-old Saint, four-year-old Chicago and two-year-old Psalm.

The rapper, 44, and Kim went their separate ways over a year ago after the reality star filed for divorce in February 2021.

However it was clear that, while Kim was moving on, Kanye was unhappy with the divorce, repeatedly asking for his estranged wife back via social media and even on stage.

Kanye is now also reportedly ‘seeking help’ following his split from his now estranged wife.

A source close to the Kardashians told Page Six: ‘For the sake of the kids, Kanye has told Kim he’s not making any public appearances or inflammatory social media statements, and he will go away somewhere to get better.’
