‘One dead and three hurt as weather warning saw tornado rip through Pembroke’ with damage in Georgia and South Carolina
ONE person in Georgia died and three others are hurt Tuesday as a tornado ripped through the state.
The deadly storms have hit Georgia and South Carolina, leaving destruction in their path.

The National Weather Service confirmed that a tornado had touched down in Allendale, South Carolina with another possible tornado touching down in Screven County, Georgia.
Georgia Governor tweeted that he is being kept up to date on the storms.
“We will continue to do everything we can to support all impacted by today’s severe weather and the emergency personnel who are responding to the needs and damage on the ground,”
An emergency shelter has been opened by The Red Cross in Allendale at the Allendale-Fairfax Elementary School.
