The Ultimatum reunion has finally been released on Netflix, with Madlyn Ballatori dropping a huge bombshell of her pregnancy.

The star appeared on the Netflix reality series with partner Colby Kissinger, who issued her with an ultimatum to take their relationship to the next level.

In the tense finale, he could be seen getting down on one knee – before the lovebirds tied the knot on the spot, in an impromptu wedding.

They threw everyone for a loop when they walked into the reunion, hosted by Nick Lachey and his wife Vanessa, with the expectant mom showing off her baby bump.

Speaking to the presenters, she explained that she was seven months pregnant at the time of filming, and is set to welcome a baby girl with her new husband.

‘I’m loving every second,’ she told her co-stars.

‘She’s handled it like a pro,’ Colby continued. ‘I’m blown away, actually, by how she’s handled it.

‘She has no problems, no aches, no nothing. She’s just an absolute champ about it.’

Colby and Madlyn dated for a year-and-a-half before taking the plunge to appear on the experiment, with the groom tasking his wife with a decision to head down the aisle or split for good.

However, it wasn’t quite plain sailing for the pair, as Madlyn developed an instant bond with Randall Griffin – who was coupled up with Shanique Imari.

The ‘new’ partnership went from strength to strength, casting doubt on whether the original couples would find their way back to each other.

In a tense finale, Colby popped the question and surprised Madlyn with a surprise ceremony.

When asked if they knew they wanted to start a family after tying the knot, the dad-to-be told Vanessa and Nick: ‘Yeah, I think I even said it on the show, too. I was like, next step starting the family.

‘As soon as we got married, I was like, it’s time to start making the family.’

‘It wasn’t like trying to get pregnant, it was like trying not for him to get me pregnant,’ Madlyn joked.

Discussing their journey to reconnect, she said: ‘Leaving the show and getting married, we had to completely recommit to trust, listen, have patience. We don’t argue.

‘We can’t argue the same way because we’re not fighting for ourselves anymore, we’re fighting for a team. It’s been incredible.’

Colby added: ‘My ambition of this whole thing was to make sure I was with the right person. I was confirming my love for Madlyn, and it did exactly what my whole intention was of coming on here for, and look where we’re at now.

‘Me being the one giving the ultimatum, it was definitely nerve wracking. But we’re sitting here, next to each other and married with the ring on the finger, and we’re working on the family.’

The Ultimatum is available to stream on Netflix now.
