Traditions Resound Loud & Proud in Maranello As Charles Leclerc Ushers Ferrari F1 Resurgence

Years went by and kept the fans waiting, who just wanted to see Ferrari win again. They stood by their team when the Mercedes fans celebrated, again and again. Hoping for a miracle, they awaited their knight in a shining helmet. However, this year is proving to be exactly what the Ferrari fans expected. Living up to the hype, their golden boy, Charles Leclerc, seems like the perfect successor to Ferrari’s last champion, Kimi Raikkonen.

Charles Leclerc got the church bells ringing for him

The Italian team has faced some tough times after Raikkonen’s thunderous charge to glory. Not expecting their downfall, the team never really managed a strong comeback. From what it seemed like, Ferrari was never going to make it back to the top again. Though for once in years Sebastian Vettel got the Tifosi’s hopes up, however, he sadly failed too. Nothing seemed to work out for this once legendary and dominant team.

This is a tradition that has been followed for years now. Every Ferrari win will result in this auspicious moment.

Can the 2022 season be Ferrari’s year?

Ferrari has been very impressive this year so far. Though it has only been three races, Ferrari has surely made a statement with its unmatched pace. The closest rival to Leclerc stayed about 5-6 seconds behind him throughout the Melbourne race. Max Verstappen, who won the Saudi Grand Prix over Leclerc, did not find it easy to defeat the Monegasque. Leclerc outsmarted him in various situations, while a last-minute move handed Max the victory.

Charles lost by half a second and was close to catching up to Verstappen. The Dutchman was so worried that it baffled him and he kept protesting about Leclerc not slowing down, even under the Yellow flags. While Verstappen won the race, Leclerc clearly had all the tools to bring the first-place trophy home.
