Alison Hammond discovered she had quite the talent when trying out some back stretches with This Morning co-star Dermot O’Leary.
Alison and Dermot returned to help viewers ring in the Easter weekend, with plenty of fun in store.
At one point, the duo were shown how to ‘beat aches and pains’ in a segment that viewers could join in with at home.
It involved them taking part in a series of stretches and at one point, they were instructed to grab a broom to help with a full backstretch.
But Alison discovered she could go one step further when she reached her arms all the way back behind her while holding onto the broom.
She remarked: ‘Look, I can go all the way back!’

Dermot was left baffled by what his colleague was doing, asking: ‘I mean, are you supposed to be going all the way back?’
‘Oh my god, I’m amazing… I’m like double-jointed, the stretch feels amazing. That is so weird!’ She weighed in, as she continued stretching back and forth.
‘Come on, is that even real?’ Dermot asked.

‘Why can I do it all the way back Is that normal,’ with her co-star once again remarking: ‘Should she be doing that?’
She was told she had some sort of ‘hyper mobility’ in her shoulders, meaning she is more flexible.
‘Alison you’re a freak! Is she dislocating her shoulders right now?’

Dermot was reassured Alison was fine, but when he tried it out himself it didn’t land with quite the same impact.
‘I’m so nimble,’ Alison teased, after Dermot had given up.
‘I can’t believe you can do that, that’s so impressive.’ he added.
Fans were absolutely loving the segment, which left them in fits of giggles at home.
