One Year Removed From Their Fight, Logan Paul Announces Rematch With Floyd Mayweather — In a Courtroom

It’s been almost a year since Logan Paul fought with the legendary boxer, Floyd Mayweather. The YouTuber seems to be still carrying a grudge against Mayweather, and thus he challenges him again, but this time in a courtroom.

In a podcast with Andrei Jikh, Paul discussed how Mayweather cheated him regarding his payouts of the fight.

While describing how Mayweather cheated him, he said, “He (Mayweather) did a 10 million dollar out-of-the-table cash deal that I wasn’t involved in, even though my name like this was used.”

According to Paul, Mayweather didn’t involve him in an additional deal regarding the fight. Paul was liable to get paid for the additional deal set by Mayweather.

Paul admits that Mayweather cheated him because he was a newbie to the sport. Nevertheless, Paul decides to challenge Mayweather to a courtroom to balance the payouts.

The purse deal of Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul

The ‘Pretty Boy’ and the YouTuber faced each other in an exhibition match on June 6, 2021. According to the reports, ‘Money’ Mayweather was estimated to earn around $100 million, whereas the YouTuber was expected to bag $20 million from the fight.

While Mayweather filled his purse with the amount he expected, ‘The Maverick’ was not successful at receiving his paycheck.

Other than the match fee, Paul claims Mayweather struck another deal in which he didn’t include Paul. Therefore, Paul will challenge ‘The Best Ever’ in a courtroom to fetch his remaining payout.
