“Talking SH*T on Instagram” Won’t Earn You Conor McGregor Fight, Dana White Warns Henry Cejudo
Henry Cejudo and Conor McGregor going back and forth on social media had their cringe-worthy moments but were nevertheless entertaining. Ironically, Henry Cejudo’s trash talk game reached a peak after he retired from the fight game. While he’s desperate to get back into the octagon against big names, Dana White isn’t too amused by these stunts that Triple C is trying to pull.
Cejudo posted a video of him doing some pad work while Mike Tyson trained him. Despite receiving underwhelming responses, this does not take away from the fact that Cejudo has re-entered the USADA pool and is trying to materialize a return to the octagon.

In an interview with TMZ, UFC president Dana White was asked about McGregor’s return and what he thinks of the whole Cejudo-McGregor dispute. In his own words, this is what the bossman had to say about it.

“When he’s a 100% ready, then I’ll start thinking about him, and who he’s going to fight, and all that stuff. But no. Not till he gets cleared and gets a date where he can start training.”

Talking about the social media back and forth between the former double champs, White stated, “No. Cejudo’s retired…Cejudo’s retired, you know? Cejudo knows what he needs to do to get back in and get whatever. I mean, talking sh** on Instagram doesn’t get you fights.”

The Irishman used this phrase a celebratory statement that fighters tell their wives or partners when they score a fight with him. Is he wrong though? Absolutely not. The biggest draw in all of MMA and might remain that way till he retires.
