Colby Covington’s Friend Donald Trump Jr. Reveals Why He Won’t Make a Presidential Run Like His Father

The 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump, has occasionally appeared with the UFC fighters. Also, his son Donald Trump Jr. has shown interest in the UFC fights. But does he want to pursue a political career like his father?

Recently, after the UFC 273 spectacle, Trump Jr. sat down with the UFC Hall of Fame Matt Serra, and Jim Norton. He talked about his experience with UFC legend Tank Abbott at UFC 3. Further, he also put light on his relationship with Jorge Masvidal and Colby Covington.

The UFC unfiltered host asked Trump Jr. whether he would be interested in a similar role as his father in the future. He said, “I never wanna rule it out. I don’t have any desire to do it right now.”

“The big part is, I like, sort of fighting. I like the sort of rough parts of it. I don’t know if I want the day job right now.”

Trump Jr. added, “If I just run for a senator, then again you gotta be a senator for six years something like… I like the campaigning, I do.”

“Like [in] comedy, I like getting up on a stage, and you know, you have 10k people in the crowd and like I’m decent in firing up. I’ve sort of found a skill. I was pretty good at,” offered Trump Jr.

Trump Jr. claimed, “No one really wants to do the day job.” Thus, it’s a ‘never say never’ thing for Trump Jr.’s run for the presidency.
