“Boston Will Give Him HELL”: Blockbuster Ben Simmons News Ahead of Nets vs Celtics Leaves NBA Twitter in Shambles
Ben Simmons has been in the news for all the reasons he would not want to be. He is far from making an appearance on the court and has not played all season. Firstly due to his mental health in the Philadelphia 76ers and then due to his multiple injury struggles in the Brooklyn Nets after being traded before the deadline in February.
There have been many sources that have reported about his probable return to action but none have come true so far. All predictions and projections have failed because unfortunately, Simmons has not shown signs of full fitness. There has been news that he has worked on his fitness but he was far from making a comeback at the end of the regular season.
Most recent reports surrounding Ben are that he has felt the least pain in as many days. He has done some extensive training and looks like we might just see him soon, what will be his Nets debut.

The fans have not been kind to Ben Simmons in the whole absence. Where Simmons’ injury and unavailability are understandable and unfortunate, the anger from fans also makes sense. There has been very little promise when it has come to seeing Simmons on the court. After all, Simmons has shown signs of how good he can be when he used to play for the 76ers. However, recent reports suggest that Simmons might just finally make his debut.
Steve Nash says Ben Simmons has been cleared for contact. He got some 4-on-4 work in yesterday. Nash said he came through it well.

The fans were not particularly impressed by the news. The reports did not generate optimism and that was understandable because there have been such reports before but it did not transpire his return. However, fans were also positive in case Ben Simmons does make a comeback. Because in all honesty Ben Simmons has the talent to get excited for and he is a quality player.

If Ben Simmons does make his debut in the 7 game series of the first round in the playoffs, he can be beneficial to the Nets. His quality, talent, and physicality can be a huge asset to the team. But only time will tell if he will make his debut or not, and if he does how he fares against a top Boston side.
