Dillian Whyte’s face-off with Tyson Fury postponed after flight on private jet to UK is delayed

DILLIAN WHYTE has landed in the UK but won’t come face-to-face with Tyson Fury today.

In the run up to fight week, the 34-year-old Body Snatcher and his team had been at loggerheads with Fury’s UK promoter Frank Warren over contracts details for the £30million Wembley clash.

And one sticking point was Whyte’s transport to-and-from the home of English football to help promote the record-breaking 94,000-fan showdown.

Having apparently resolved his differences with Warren, the mandatory challenger to Fury’s WBC heavyweight title has now thrown his support behind the promotion and is expected to star at Wednesday’s press conference.

But he WON’T be at Tuesday’s media work out at Box Park Wembley after SunSport learned his snazzy new plane – that was provided by a sponsor – was delayed leaving the Algarve.

Scott Ryder, the CEO of Lucky Block who have supplied the jet said: “It was an opportunity to put the Lucky Block games platform on the map in a huge way as ready for the launch of prize draws and our NFT sales melt up.
